1.Workshop eligibility and account setup

Please read our eligibility criteria before registering:

• Target audience: The material, pace, and strategies shared in this workshop are specifically tailored for individuals aged 35+ looking to turn their domain expertise into visual products.
• Identity verification: You agree to provide true, current, and verifiable information (name, email, and WhatsApp contact) during checkout.
• Link security: Access links to private Zoom meetings, dashboard panels, and the private community are non-transferable and mapped directly to your single buyer profile.

2.Fee structure and access deliverables

By completing a transaction on earnfromyourexperience.com, you authorise entry into the payment channels:

• Pricing: Workshop entry fees (typically ₹199 for regular slots or ₹999 for advanced bundles) are fixed and processed via integrated payment channels.
• Inclusions: Your entry grants access to the 3-day live Zoom sessions, custom digital workbooks, specific frameworks, and the designated 3-day support period inside the WhatsApp community group.
• Post-workshop access: Unless clearly stated within special tiers, no lifelong updates or permanent storage of live-stream modules is implied.

3.Refund and cancellation policy

Because seats for our batches are allocated automatically and digital resources are shared immediately upon registration, we maintain a clear refund policy:

Registration payments for the Speak. Shoot. Sell. workshop are non-refundable. If you miss live sessions due to personal constraints, we may allow you to request a seat transfer to the next upcoming live batch, subject to approval from our support desk.

4.Intellectual property rights

All assets made available during your learning period are protected by copyright laws:

• Ownership: Dr. Mansi Sehdev holds complete rights over the slides, video layouts, template scripts, text assets, and workbook blueprints distributed.
• Limited licence: You are granted a personal, single-user, non-commercial licence to review and use the templates for your personal brand growth.
• Prohibitions: Bundling, white-labelling, translating, reselling, or commercially using our raw toolkits to run your own workshops or coaching programmes is completely forbidden.

5.Community code of conduct

To preserve a respectful environment during camera drills and live chat reviews, you accept the following community rules:

• Zero tolerance: No spamming external project links, promoting alternative networking apps, cross-selling services, or abusing fellow participants in public chats or WhatsApp threads.
• Privacy safety: Copying phone numbers from our communities or saving other participants' camera content without authorisation will result in an immediate ban without refund.
• Termination: We reserve the right to remove any participant from live Zoom sessions or group chats if their actions disrupt the learning experience.

6.Earnings and performance disclaimer

We believe in effort and action. The strategies taught require active dedication:

Our management, mentoring teams, or platform handlers shall not be held liable for any network drops, sudden Zoom service downtime, or digital communication delays beyond our reasonable operational control.
